Cancellation Refund & Cancellation Policy – Avenue International

We strive to provide flexibility to our participants while ensuring smooth program operations.

Cancellations by Participants

• Cancellations received 30 days before program start: 100% refund.
• Cancellations received 15–29 days before program start: 50% refund.
• Cancellations received less than 15 days before program start: No refund (substitution of participants allowed).

No-Shows

Participants who do not attend without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellations by Avenue International

If Avenue International cancels or reschedules a program, participants may choose a full refund or transfer to another program at no extra cost.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
